The Employee Relations & Negotiations Network meets annually to engage, enlighten and share current political and economic issues impacting local school district collective bargaining. This two day event provides information to support the process of dealing with local bargaining strategies with an eye to the future. Sessions are led by sitting human resource directors, fiscal directors and independent agents who deal with these issues every day.
What is ERNN? The Employee Relations and Negotiations Network was created to better organize and communicate information between and among school districts and ESDs.
Membership in our statewide network provides regular reports on emerging bargaining and employee relations issues and greatly enhances your school district's perspective in negotiations.
ERNN membership is based on district size not individual membership which means all the administrators in your district have access to ERNN services and bargaining support!
